fran!

one of my very best friends came out for the weekend. sooooo great to have her here. fran brought out a bag full of amazing gifts for MR. the top gift was definitely a real carebear! yes, they have made a comeback..at least in our household. MR sings the theme song in her sleep..for real. so needless to say she was over the moon excited when she got a REAL carebear.

blue bear

this is the infamous blue bear. she 'borrowed' him from school. santa brought her another blue bear in hopes she would be willing to return this one to his home but now she just exclaimes that she has TWO blue bears! ever since she had to say good-bye to the nuk she has become attached to this bear. he goes everywhere with her...everywhere.

floors complete!

it made for quite the clean up but well worth it.

snow day.

MaryRyan and I got out early today due to a whopping 5 inches of snow. i love KC! i happily welcomed the break from work.

under construction

new floors for the kitchen! this is day 1 of construction. fingers crossed we get our kitchen back soon.
