pool time

a couple of things to point out here.

1. This is the pool i've been talking about. great for babies/kids.

2. Notice that she is getting more hair. and what color does it look like? i really can't answer that. some days it looks strawberry blond (my dad and aimee). some days brown (me). some days dirty blond (brian).

Brian's aunt MaryBeth and her friend Mary were out in KC and came by to visit MaryRyan.  Wow, that is a mouth full.

I worked from home yesterday and I found out in a moment's notice that I was needed on a call. As much as I think MaryRyan is adorable when she babbles, I'm not sure if those on the other end of the phone call would feel the same way. So MaryRyan and I headed over to Lisa and Tim's house so they could hang out while I was on the call. A BIG thank you to Lisa and Tim.

no more dog food for you!

The 'going immediately to the dog bowl' got old real fast. Brian and I put up a gate so now she is blocked. But as soon as we finish baby proofing one thing, it's on to the next. Today I caught her almost at the top of the stairs. What the heck? This girl just started crawling. So back to the store for another gate..
