2 weeks.

Fiona turned 2 weeks yesterday. We took her for her check up and she is 6 lbs 11 oz and 19.5 in.

Things have been a little crazy the past couple of weeks but fiona is starting to get on a more predictable schedule which has made things a little more manageable. Her fussy time has been 10p - 2a which is a ton of fun for mom! MaryRyan is adjusting pretty well to her new big sister title. she got so excited when i asked her if she wanted to hold fiona for a picture. it was cute. she has definitely been challenging brian and i much more since fiona came home but that's to be expected i guess. as my mom reminded me, motherhood is not for sissies! i've certainly learned that these past 2 weeks.

We are proud to announce our new addition, Fiona Margaret O'Sullivan. She was born on February 25 at 6:56 p.m. 6lbs, 7oz, 18.5 in. She is perfect!

Mary Ryan's school had a pancake breakfast fundraiser. Pancakes are probably the #1 craving i've had this pregnancy so I've been dragging MR with me at least once a week to the diner to get pancakes. So i was more than excited to have an actual excuse to eat them! We had a lot of fun this morning at the event.

one of my very best friends came out for the weekend. sooooo great to have her here. fran brought out a bag full of amazing gifts for MR. the top gift was definitely a real carebear! yes, they have made a comeback..at least in our household. MR sings the theme song in her sleep..for real. so needless to say she was over the moon excited when she got a REAL carebear.
